  • The deadline for standard Christmas delivery has now passed, but our 10-day priority orders are still available to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

To ensure dispatch in time for Christmas, I’ll need to receive your breastmilk/inclusions by December 7th at the latest. Our final posting day is December 17th.

  • Please be aware that our business will be closed during the following periods due to school holidays:

    • October 10th to October 21st 2024

    • December 18th to January 6th 2025

During this time, I will be taking a break to spend with family, so I won't be processing orders or responding to inquiries.

The website will still be online should you wish to place an order. Any collection kit for orders placed during these periods will be sent out promptly upon my return on October 21st and January 7th, respectively.

During this time, all orders in progress will be placed on hold, and turnaround times will be paused. Production will resume as normal upon my return. You can monitor the status of your order using the online tracker link provided in the email confirming receipt of your breastmilk or inclusions.

Any breastmilk or inclusions that arrive while I am away will still be processed as usual, and you will receive a confirmation email upon their arrival. For orders received during the closure, the turnaround time will begin once I return to work.

My aim is to ensure that current turnaround times are not affected by my absence. I put in extra work before holidays to stay ahead, so everything is on track when I close.

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make our jewellery accessible to everyone. You can choose to pay in installments using clearpay at checkout.

  • All our kits can be accompanied by a FREE ring sizer. Just choose this option from the drop-down menu when ordering your ring.

  • I request 15ml of breastmilk for the jewellery-making process, but I can work with as little as 3ml if needed. Both fresh and frozen breastmilk are fine, as long as there is no mold.

With 15ml, I can create enough preserved breastmilk for multiple pieces of jewellery.

  • If you wish to order a piece of jewellery that incorporates two or more separate breastmilk samples (from different children or breastfeeding periods), an additional charge will apply. More information and payment options for this service can be found here.

Alternatively, you can choose to combine two or more breastmilk samples into a single submission for your jewellery. This option does not incur any additional charges, as the mixed samples will be preserved as one.

  • I exclusively use Sterling Silver and 9K Yellow, White, or Rose Gold for all my jewellery pieces.

I deliberately refrain from using gold plated jewellery, as I prioritise the longevity and quality of my creations.

Something as precious as breastmilk deserves to be encapsulated in metals that are equally valuable and enduring.

  • After placing your order, you'll receive a DNA collection kit within 7 working days. This kit includes detailed instructions, all necessary materials, and a prepaid envelope to safely return your breastmilk. Kits are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class within 48 hours of your order being placed. Collection kits are not sent out over weekends and bank holidays.

For returning your breastmilk, I provide a 1st Class Large Letter stamp with Royal Mail. You can upgrade the postage at your local post office, which I recommend if you have limited breastmilk or are including other precious items like hair, umbilical cord, or ashes.

If you prefer to expedite the process, you can send your breastmilk or inclusions directly to me. Contact me before placing your order for shipping instructions.

I strive to make the process smooth and efficient, ensuring your precious breastmilk is handled with care and transformed into beautiful keepsake jewellery.

  • Whether your breastmilk is fresh, frozen, or refrozen multiple times, it is suitable for our jewellery-making process. Age is not a concern, even if it's been frozen for 10 years. As long as there is no mould, it can be used. Expiration or past freezing dates on your breastmilk do not matter.

  • Inclusions are personal items that you may wish to incorporate into your jewellery, such as:

    Breastmilk

    Hair

    Cremation Ashes

    Dried Umbilical Cord

    Placenta Capsule

    Baby Clothing/Blanket

    Flowers/Leaves/Soil

    Dried Blood

    Pregnancy Test Cap

These meaningful inclusions allow you to create a truly unique and sentimental piece of jewellery that holds special significance for you and your cherished memories.

  • My standard turnaround time for creating your jewellery is 2 - 4 weeks from receiving your inclusions.

As the sole operator of this small business, I take great care in crafting your jewellery. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Certain items have a longer turnaround time because they are handcrafted to order. This includes all 9K gold jewellery, birthstone marquise rings. To check if this applies to your chosen jewellery, you can find the relevant information in the product's description.

    Birthstone rings - 6-8 weeks

    9K Gold Jewellery - 8-10 weeks

In stock silver jewellery - 2-4 weeks

    Engraved jewellery - 6-8 weeks

Please be aware that stock issues can arise, especially with sterling silver rings. While these circumstances are beyond my control, I am committed to finding solutions. In such cases, I will do my best to expedite the process or offer an alternative product. Stock issues may be more prevalent during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.

  • Rest assured, I will retain any leftover preserved breastmilk powder as a fail-safe measure in case of any potential product malfunction or loss/damage during transit. Additionally, it will be available for any future orders you may wish to place with us.

Your cherished inclusions hold immense sentimental value, and it is my utmost priority to ensure their safe return to you, alongside the beautifully crafted jewellery that encapsulates your unique memories.

  • Should you wish to place a new order using preserved breastmilk from storage, simply provide your past name and order number during the order form for a new item of jewellery. This will enable me to access your preserved breastmilk and create a new and meaningful jewellery piece for you.

  • Prior to placing your order, I strongly advise reading my aftercare instructions for your jewellery.

Yes, many of the designs are suitable for daily wear; however, it's essential to consider that some pieces are more suitable for careful everyday use, while others are best reserved for occasional wear or special occasions.

I understand the immense value of these jewellery pieces, and while they are precious, their longevity relies on proper care. To ensure your jewellery lasts, it is crucial to follow the aftercare instructions diligently.

By following the recommended aftercare guidelines, you can prolong the life and beauty of your jewellery and continue to cherish it for years to come. If you have any queries or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

  • If you need to change the delivery address of your item, please send an email with the subject "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your order number. Your request will be processed once you receive a response from me confirming the address change.

It's important to ensure the correct delivery information, and I'll do my best to assist you promptly.

  • Rest assured, it's highly unlikely for any issues to arise with your breastmilk inclusion. Breastmilk is remarkably resilient and can be safely stored at room temperature without any concerns. Although not suitable for feeding purposes, it's perfect for crafting your precious jewellery piece. I work with inclusions daily, ensuring your breastmilk is carefully preserved and stored until I create your special jewellery item. Your cherished keepsake is in good hands, and I can't wait to craft something beautiful for you!

  • For detailed instructions on sending breastmilk, please refer to the instructions provided in your DNA Collection Kit. To ensure safe transit, it's important not to exceed 15ml of breastmilk. More than this amount not only leads to wastage but also increases the risk of leakage during transit. My experience shows that double-bagging the breastmilk in breastmilk bags with a maximum of 15ml is the best practice. I strongly advise against sending milk in bottles or containers, as they may not travel well and can jeopardize the usability of your own milk and potentially affect other inclusions in transit. Let's make sure your precious breastmilk reaches me safely and in perfect condition!

  • Rest assured that I keep your leftover preserved breastmilk powder safe and secure indefinitely. It's stored in optimal conditions to maintain its quality over time.

This way, I'm prepared for any unlikely events, such as product malfunctions, loss, or damage to your jewellery.

Additionally, should you ever want to treat yourself to another piece of precious breastmilk jewellery, your preserved breastmilk will be readily available. The amount of preserved breastmilk remaining may vary depending on how much you initially supplied and the number or size of jewellery pieces you've had made.

  • If your inclusions haven't been sent to us yet, you can make minor changes like colour or decorations of the same value.

However, for major changes involving price adjustments or different jewellery types, ring change sizes, bezel sizes, or additional decorations, you'll need to cancel and place a new order using the correct options. Please ensure you label your inclusions with the correct order number when sending them in if you have had to cancel and reorder.

Once your inclusions have been received and logged, I regret that I cannot make any changes or cancel your order.

  • No, we only work with breastmilk as the chosen bodily fluid for our jewellery creations.

  • Yes absolutely! You have the option to include various items, such as hair, umbilical cord, ashes, etc., in any jewellery designs. The way these elements are incorporated into the piece is entirely customisable based on your preferences.

  • The breastmilk preservation video is a short timelapse clip, typically lasting around 40-60 seconds, showing your breastmilk being preserved. This option is available in the Extras/Services section of the website. Please note that these videos must be added during the initial order and cannot be added once the order has been placed.

    Alternatively you can click here.

  • We usually offer sales or discounts on notable occasions throughout the year, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, Boxing Day, and others. Keep an eye on our social media pages and website for announcements when these promotions are available.

  • As a standard practice, I typically request 15ml of breastmilk, but I can work with as little as 3ml.

For dried umbilical cord inclusion, only a pea-sized amount from the cord stump is necessary; please refrain from sending the entire cord, as it is irreplaceable and may go missing in transit.

Regarding hair/fur, a good-sized pinch of approximately 1-2cm in length is required. If you plan to include just a few small strands in your jewellery, a couple of strands would suffice.

For cremation ashes, I ask for half a teaspoon.

As for placenta capsules, only one capsule is needed.

Rest assured that any leftover, unused inclusions will be returned to you along with your finished jewellery
